Miles is Co-Head of Innovation at NFTS and Head of Applied Research at CoSTAR . Miles leads on prototyping and pilots activity at the National Lab. He has expertise in digital strategy and setting up and leading innovation and delivery teams. Before joining NFTS & CoSTAR, Miles worked at the BBC for 13 years where he established and led BBC News Labs focusing on the intersection of journalism, data and digital.
