CoSTAR Foresight Lab to Facilitate Validation Workshop for the Regional Landscape Study for the Establishment of the ASEAN Centre of Excellence for Creative Industries

CoSTAR Foresight executives Noemi Ponzoni and Joshua Dedman will facilitate a two-day validation workshop in Jakarta, bringing together ASEAN policy and industry leaders to help shape the governance, partnerships, financing and sustainability of the proposed ASEAN Centre of Excellence for Creative Industries.

CoSTAR Foresight executives, Noemi Ponzoni (Research Lead at i2 media research and Chief Strategy Officer of Futures of Creativity Institute) and Joshua Dedman (Consultant at Olsberg·SPI) will be in Jakarta on 12th – 13th August 2026, facilitating a Regional Landscape Study Validation Workshop, supporting the establishment of the ASEAN Centre of Excellence for Creative Industries (ACE-CI).

Organised by the Philippine Department of Trade and Industry in partnership with the British Council and the ASEAN Secretariat, the workshop will bring together policy and industry leaders from across ASEAN to validate recent sector mapping and explore ACE-CI's governance, partnerships, financing, and sustainability models.

The workshop follows the ASEAN-UK Creative Economy Symposium 2026, Navigating Our Creative Future, Together, where Noemi, Joshua and other CoSTAR Foresight Lab delegates led a workshop to develop the Institutional Framework for the ACE-CI.
