I’ve worked in the creative industries for over 20 years and, for the past six, have mentored creative and tech founders through my company NEXUS and also as a mentor for Accenture’s FinTech Innovation Lab. At NEXUS we incubate over 100 businesses; I lead a team advising on strategy, product–market fit and investment readiness, and have mentored more than 60 founders, with around 20% securing funding.   As Co-Founder of Cellar Door I’ve delivered immersive experiences for brands including Sky, Pepsi and Ford. For the past two years I’ve been working on an Innovate UK backed funding-finding and investment readiness platform for creative industry businesses. I bring a blend of finance, technology and creative insight, and my mentoring style centres on listening and giving practical, actionable guidance so founders can build robust models, communicate value and navigate the UK innovation ecosystem.
