CoSTAR Live Lab's feature in APM's 'Project On Location' series

Project, the official magazine of the Association for Project Management (APM), launched its 'On Location' video series, going behind the scenes of exciting projects to bring them to life and share what it takes to manage them. In August, they visited CoSTAR Live Lab at Production Park in Yorkshire and met with Programme Manager, Glen Kelly, who showcased the cutting edge of live production technology research and development at our dedicated facility.

Project visited our arena-sized rehearsal spaces where artists practice and experiment with new technology, and where TV shows like Netflix’s 'Adolescence' and ITV’s 'The Voice' are filmed. They also explored the studios where entrepreneurs, researchers, specialists and students come to test ideas. Sitting down with Glen Kelly, they learned more about what it takes to lead a complex project, build collaborative teams and thrive in an environment where uncertainty and creativity go hand-in-hand.
