About
Responding to the growing recognition of creative technology as a strategic growth opportunity for the UK, this report combines desk research, horizon scanning and a programme of national, regional and devolved workshops to explore how the creative tech ecosystem might develop over the next decade. Applying foresight and scenario-building methods to move beyond short-term policymaking, the report explores how national strategy, sector-specific policy and regional devolution interact in shaping future outcomes. The report focuses on four high-impact themes—Creative Education, AI, Growth, and International Collaboration—and turns workshop insights into a practical set of long-term pathways and policy levers intended to support more resilient, inclusive, and anticipatory approaches to creative technology policy in the UK.
